Senior Reliability Engineer

Brief Job Description:

• Coordinate and facilitate RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) analysis as per the scheduled yearly plan.
• Develop most feasible proactive strategies from RCM analysis for individual equipment to improve the reliability.
• Utilize integrated asset performance management platform such as Meridium to analyze the rotating assets historical data and to perform RCM analysis for enabling maximized asset performance.
• Discuss with Reliability Section Head for reviewing the developed proactive tasks to minimize unforeseen failures.
• Coordinate with Planning to incorporate and schedule the approved proactive tasks in SAP for execution.
• Follow up and ensure to execute all the RCM recommendations
• Monitor the effectiveness of maintenance strategies and shall be reviewed as per identified needs and benefits determined.
• Participate in audits & reviews for continuous improvement.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

10 years of work experience in process industry with a minimum of 5 years in plant maintenance including various rotating equipment overhauling, troubleshooting and 3 years in facilitating RCM analysis. Having a complete understanding and the ability to set up asset maintenance strategies. A good working background in engineering standards.
