Senior Engineer, Maintenance Work Process

Purpose of Role

To develop and maintain expertise in maintenance function / work process management and collaborate with maintenance departments leaders to derive and achieve the culture of excellence in maintenance function across all Advanced sites.

Brief Job Description:

  • Develop and maintain Advanced Maintenance Work Process required documentations (guideline , procedures, standards, forms, check lists, …,etc.) 
  • Continues collaboration with Advanced maintenance departments leaders to ensure the full compliance to all relevant work processes, standards and best practices.
  • Drive the development of mid- and long-term corporate objectives and strategies related to maintenance function and resources.
  • Provide curriculum and content for technical training related to his area as applicable.
  • Lead / derive and coordinate the work of Advanced Maintenance Work Process with all internal/external stakeholders as applicable across all Advanced  sites.
  • Provide cost effective and high-quality expert consultative services to Advanced sites to support use of the assigned methodologies / work processes and resolve complex issues related to documentation, implementation, and investigation (i.e., root cause analysis).
  • Ensure the continues development in the assigned work processes through self-auditing and benchmarking.
  •  Maintain an evolving knowledge base for Advanced Maintenance Work Process and related methodologies and ensure knowledge dissemination and sharing among all users.
  • Coordinate deployment/use of external Subject Matter Experts (SME).
  •  Lead or participate in relevant internal and external technical networks and conferences.
  • Measure/ monitor the effectiveness of Advanced Maintenance Work Process and related methodologies studies undertaken at Advanced sites.
  • Provide guidelines for methodology auditing process both documentation and implementation audits.
  • Lead or participate in methodology and internal audits as appropriate.

 

Education:

•  Bachelor in Engineering degree

Experience:

•  At least 15 years experience with substantial exposure to maintenance, operational, and technical activities
