Summary:

looking for RCA engineer who will support in Investigate all incident related to reliability incidents to dig into the basic (Root) causes that lead to the incident. This shall be reached through logic tree that is drilled through cause and effects and shall conclude sets of actions that is to be active in order to prevent reoccurrences. The RCA Engineer shall support all RCA sessions and shall direct the methodological approach and t shall support all disciplines in that prospective. He will be familiarized with all RCA process requirement and have a knowledge in RCA methodology that will support reaching to root cause:

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the investigations of reliability incidents/asset failures to identify root cause(s) and develop robust actions to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Drive all RCA sessions to ensure the proper methodological approach by the RCA team.
  • Track RCA recommendations to ensure their implementation on time and prevent the reoccurrence.
  • Lead annual RCA analysis and develop recommendations align with common themes.
  • Drives RCA performance to ensure proper plans are met to deliver the appropriate outcomes for the RCA customers.
  • Provide RCA training including Meridiam PROACT system for all RCA team members to the stipulated standards.

 

 

Education:

  • B.s Degree in Engineering from a recognized education facility.

 

Experience:

  • 10 to 15 years of work experience in oil/gas/petrochemical industry.

Minimum of 10 years in matter related to investigation of process related incidents.
