Brief Job Description:

  • Managing the Off-Takers performances by providing guidance and support to achieve sales objectives
  • Conducting with the Off-Takers to identify new business opportunities and staying up to date with industry trends
  • Monitoring the Off-Takers sales performance against targets, collaborating with sales teams to develop sales strategies and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with other functions in the Sales & CS department such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
  • Providing regular reports to Sales & CS Head on Off-Taker’s sales performance.
  • Analyzing Off-Takers sales data and trends and developing sales forecasts with the Off-Takers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in sales processes, providing insights and recommendations to Sales & CS Head.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales data.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for along with the Off-Takers.
  • Manage monthly volume allocated to the Off-Takers in the terms of shares of volumes during the contract year.
  • Ensure supply to the Off-Takers with the production plans on time.
  • Assess the Off Takers performance during the contracted year in the aspects of quantities process and movements of the required products.

Follow up the sales activities in entering the correct orders in SAP, monitoring the shipments and requirements, check and review the daily reports that generated by the officers before they published

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant.

 

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within Petrochemical Industry.
