Job Purpose:

 

The E&I Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant assets. s. The role oversees maintenance teams, establishes maintenance strategies, and ensures full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

 

Brief Job Description:

 

  • Leading, supervising, and coordinating all E&I maintenance operations within PDH, and Utilities units.
  • Ensuring the proper installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of AC/DC machines, instrumentation systems, and electrical equipment.
  • Planning, organizing, and executing all turnaround (T/A) activities, including schedule preparation, prioritization, and on-site resource coordination.
  • Developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
  • Preparing annual operating and capital budgets for the E&I Section and ensuring expenditures remain within approved limits.
  • Approving and monitoring spare parts inventory levels to ensure continuous availability of critical materials.
  • Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements.
  • Providing effective leadership, coaching, and performance management to E&I maintenance teams.

 

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.

 

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance, preferably within petrochemical Plants.
